    • 12.1. DevTah.com operates as a platform that lists shops and businesses and enables transactions between Buyers and Sellers. DevTah.com is not the seller of any products listed; Sellers remain the independent owners/operators of their listings.
    • 12.2. Sellers are solely responsible for their products, pricing, product information, packaging, dispatch, fulfilment, and legal compliance.
  • 13. Pricing Options (Retail / Wholesale / Bulk)
    • 13.1. Sellers may list products with multiple price points such as Retail, Wholesale, and Bulk pricing tiers.
    • 13.2. Sellers must ensure all pricing, quantity rules, and taxes are accurate at the time of listing and checkout.
  • 14. GST, Taxes & Invoicing
    • 14.1. Sellers may be GST or non-GST registered. DevTah.com does not verify GST status of Sellers or Buyers.
    • 14.2. If a Seller is not GST-registered, no GST invoice will be issued. Tax obligations rest solely with the Seller.
    • 14.3. DevTah.com provides tools for data collection but is not responsible for tax filings or correctness of tax information.
  • 15. Shipping, Courier Selection & Shiprocket Integration
    • 15.1. DevTah.com may integrate courier services such as Shiprocket API for rate display, courier selection, and tracking.
    • 15.2. Buyers may choose integrated courier options, self-pickup, or bring/arrange their own courier. DevTah.com is not responsible for courier performance.
    • 15.3. DevTah.com is not liable for courier delays, damages, losses, or shipping-related disputes.
  • 16. Orders, Acceptance & Dispatch
    • 16.1. An order constitutes an offer by the Buyer. Sellers may accept or reject per their business rules.
    • 16.2. Sellers must follow dispatch timelines defined in the Shipping Policy. Delays may result in cancellation/refund.
  • 17. Payments, Fees & Payouts
