7. Marketplace Safety Rules
7.1. Users are strictly prohibited from asking or encouraging others to make payments outside devtah.com, including UPI, bank transfers, cash, or external payment links.
7.2. Sharing personal contact details such as phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, or social media accounts within chat or community features is prohibited unless required and permitted by the platform.
7.3. Sellers may not request buyers to use external couriers, external websites, or any off-platform service for purchasing or shipping.
7.4. Users must not impersonate businesses, devtah.com staff, or any individual for fraudulent purposes.
7.5. Attempts to manipulate platform systems, pricing, courier selection, or refund processes are strictly prohibited.
7.6. Users may not send spam, unsolicited promotional content, or mass marketing messages within community features.
8. Fraud Prevention & Enforcement
8.1. devtah.com monitors suspicious activity, including fake orders, fake refund claims, chargeback abuse, and manipulation of chat or order details.
8.2. Any attempt to mislead buyers or sellers, including requesting payment outside the platform, may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
8.3. devtah.com may provide information to law enforcement in cases of fraud, financial crime, or repeated malicious activity.
8.4. devtah.com reserves the right to permanently ban users involved in scams, abusive behavior, or community violations.
9. Zero-Tolerance for Abuse
9.1. Any threats, harassment, blackmail, abusive language, or coercive behavior towards buyers, sellers, staff, or support may result in immediate account termination.
